<description>That was an interesting read. In a business context the removal of personal pronouns accentuates the business and leaves out personal opinions and ego.

Individuals view technical experts who consistently use pronouns as egotistical, and that trait has little favor in business. (From a dollar point of view), or to others in general.

The concept of removing pronouns from your everyday speech brings about a self awareness that would not otherwise be realized.

Just how often is a pronoun used when speaking?
By diligently recording the recurrence of spoken pronouns in a single individuals daily conversation, (either recorded by the self or other), the ego becomes aware of a position it otherwise would not.

Once awareness comes into light - the essence of the ego is not only aware, but may assume negative feelings, or feelings of selfishness.

Corrective behavior?

The experiment is a sound one, and offers tremendous insight.
